The name "AULIV" from the Mattinatese dialect means Ulivo and comes from the autumn tradition of olive harvesting, where local men and women lived these days of work in symbiosis with nature by singing various songs to cheer up the days. The Apeneste project is to convey the Gargano traditions of popular music by making it coexist with modern electronic styles.
